Bacon Chocolate.

Seriously. You wouldn’t think of it, but it’s actually really good. I just finished of a Mo’s Bacon Bar from the Vosges Haut Chocolate people, and I’ll tell you, it was delightful. I was apprehensive at first, but after the first bite when the sweet met the salty on my tongue and the little bacon bit slithered out of it’s brown cocoa cocoon, I was sold. If you see one of these, go for it. Strange as it sounds, bacon and chocolate go together like peanut butter and pickles.
